1. WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM
Orders placed on this website are sold and dispatched by Andean Impex General Trading - FZCO, trading as Andean Naturals, registered at IFZA Business Park, DDP, 43678 - 001, A1 - 3641379065, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Trade licence 43678. VAT registration (TRN) 104348366600003.
2. WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
We do not ship outside the United Arab Emirates.
3. DELIVERY CHARGE
- Dhs. 30 on every order.
- Free on orders of Dhs. 500 or more, calculated on the order value after any discount.
The charge is shown at checkout before payment and appears as a separate line on your tax invoice. All prices on this website, including the delivery charge, are in UAE Dirhams and include VAT at 5%.
4. DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed before 4:00pm are delivered within 24 hours. Orders placed after 4:00pm are dispatched the following day and delivered within 24 hours of dispatch.
We deliver every day, including Fridays and public holidays.
Delivery may take longer in these cases, and we will contact you if any of them applies to your order:
- An incomplete or incorrect address, or a telephone number on which you cannot be reached.
- Addresses requiring security clearance or escorted access — certain free zones, ports, airports, labour accommodation and military areas.
- A chocolate order held because of extreme heat, as described in section 6.
- Events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures and carrier disruption.
5. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the order. Please check the parcel in front of the driver before signing for it.
If anything is broken, leaking or otherwise damaged, note it on the driver's record and send us a photograph within 24 hours of receiving the order. Our Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy sets out what happens next.
If nobody is available, our carrier will attempt delivery twice and will contact you between attempts.
6. CHOCOLATE IN HOT WEATHER
Chocolate softens above roughly 30°C. We may hold a chocolate order for up to one day where conditions make safe delivery unlikely, and we will contact you if we do. We would rather be a day late than deliver chocolate that has not survived the journey.
7. STORAGE AND FOOD SAFETY
All products are handled in line with UAE food safety requirements and the Dubai Municipality Food Code. On receipt, store each product as directed on its label: cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight.
Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months. Do not consume our honey products if you are allergic to bee products. If you have a food allergy, write to us before ordering.
8. PAYMENT
Payment is taken at checkout by card or other online payment method through our secure payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details. We do not offer cash on delivery.

10. GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and is issued in accordance with Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023 concerning its Executive Regulations. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
